Spinal Decompression is a non-surgical technique known to relieve spine pain and promote healing. It involves stretching the spine gently to alleviate pressure on the spinal discs, creating negative pressure within the discs to retract bulging or herniated discs, reduce nerve pressure, and increase blood flow and nutrient exchange in the affected areas.

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT), or Cold Laser Therapy, involves using low-intensity lasers or light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to reduce pain and inflammation and stimulate healing. The cold laser promotes cell metabolism and accelerates healing by absorbing light energy from the skin and reaching deeper tissues.
